Summary:
Buying and using a hand-held blow dryer for hair is a common activity for females and males of all ages. Making the best choice is complicated by the lack of good information about the various blow dryers. Buying the most expensive or the most powerful often results in owning an inadequate dryer. Consumers would benefit by impartial testing and subsequent publishing on the WWW of commonly available blow dryers.

Hypothesis:
The performance of hand held blow dryers for hair is not correllated to their two most advertised specifications, wattage and price.

Rough Outline and Schedule:
